StructurAI™

The Intelligence Behind the Outcome.

StructurAI™ is being developed to automate and scale Millentra's governed execution-intelligence methodology. It is designed to turn fragmented project evidence into consistent, auditable assessment, execution planning, and readiness updates, while preserving required human review.

01 — WHAT IT DOES

Structured Intelligence from Fragmented Information.

StructurAI™ is being developed to:

1
Organize and classify project evidence
2
Map ESG and regulatory requirements
3
Score readiness and bankability through structured rules
4
Identify gaps, dependencies, and the critical path
5
Generate indicative capital-structure scenarios for human review
6
Support tracked resolution and recalculate readiness as evidence and workstream status change

StructurAI™ is designed to map each gap to a responsible workstream. Millentra coordinates resolution through the sponsor's existing advisers or appropriately qualified specialists and tracks completion against the roadmap.

Institutional Judgment, Structured for Speed.

Structured rules provide consistency and speed. No sponsor-facing brief is released until the required human review is complete.

02 — THREE LAYERS

AI-assisted, deterministic, human-controlled.

Millentra's methodology maps project requirements across leading institutional frameworks, including the EU Taxonomy, SFDR, Paris Agreement Article 6, the IFC Green Bond Framework, CSRD, Verra VCS, Gold Standard, ICMM, and IRMA. The project configuration determines which frameworks apply.

AI-assisted

Document classification, evidence extraction, condition suggestion, missing-input identification, workflow support and draft outputs.

Deterministic

Scoring, dependencies, critical paths, readiness versions and change calculations.

Human-controlled

Materiality, evidence sufficiency, closure acceptance, capital implications and external release.

03 — THE OUTPUT

Structured Transaction Brief + Execution Roadmap.

The two executive deliverables: the current readiness position with evidence-linked findings, and the prioritized, owner-assigned path through the unresolved institutional conditions.

The illustrative output below is the same record shown on the Assessment page.

Summary: this illustrative project records a readiness result of 75 out of 100, Conditional Readiness. The Institutional Conditions Register holds ten institutional conditions. Six gate investor distribution, two of those six carry no bounded timeline, and one of the six also gates full bankability. Three further conditions gate full bankability only, and one is recommended and non-gating for this fact pattern. Condition C-01 is shown in full below, with every field the governed record carries.

C-01 shown in full: every field the governed record carries
Status: Draft received
Condition statement
Obtain an executed offtake term sheet with the counterparty identity disclosed and its signing entity's credit standing confirmed.
Institutional decision affected
Senior debt commitment and investor distribution. The offtake is the primary revenue basis against which debt is sized.
Materiality and gating status
Critical; gates investor distribution. Unbounded: the sponsor has not yet set a date for counterparty disclosure.
Current evidence
Draft term sheet, unsigned. Counterparty referred to internally as an "investment-grade anchor tenant" by the sponsor; identity not disclosed to Millentra or, on current evidence, to prospective lenders.
Required closure evidence
Fully executed offtake agreement naming the counterparty; independent confirmation of the signing entity's credit rating or an enforceable guarantee from a rated parent.
Closure standard
A signed sponsor term sheet is not sufficient. The closure standard requires an executed, binding agreement with a tenor supporting the proposed debt amortization, and independent confirmation, not sponsor representation, of the signing entity's credit standing.
Responsible owner
Sponsor.
Decision right
Sponsor executive team: authority to disclose counterparty identity and execute the agreement.
Acceptance authority
Senior lender credit committee: the party entitled to accept that this condition is closed and to rely on it in sizing debt.
Dependencies and milestone
No predecessor. C-02 (signing-entity credit) and C-04 (capital stack sizing) both depend on this condition closing.
Capital consequence
Until closed, no lender can size debt against the offtake, and the distribution-ready horizon cannot be dated. On closure, C-02 and C-04 become active and bounded.
Status, target and history
Draft received. No target date set by the sponsor. No prior cycle: this is the condition's first cycle.

04 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Is StructurAI™ already live?

Millentra can deliver its methodology-led Assessment and institutional outputs now. The automated StructurAI™ MVP is under development to scale evidence organization, structured assessment, workstream tracking, and versioned readiness updates.

How are findings linked to evidence?

Each material finding is designed to resolve to an identified source record, such as a project document, sponsor input, external data record, or reviewer decision. Evidence and assessment versions are retained so the basis for a finding can be traced.

What causes a readiness result to change?

A result may change when evidence is added, invalidated, or superseded; an external assumption changes; a workstream closes or reopens; a reviewer decision is recorded; or a methodology configuration is versioned. The update should record both the cause and its effect.

Does AI make the final decision?

No. Structured software and AI-assisted document intelligence support consistency and speed. Material findings and sponsor-facing outputs remain subject to required human review, and financing decisions remain with the relevant institutions.
