Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Millentra ("Millentra," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Millentra website and the services offered through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to the website and to information submitted through it; it does not cover engagements governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly, including when you request an introductory call, submit a project for assessment, request a sample brief, or send a general inquiry:

  • Contact details: name, work email, organization, and role.
  • Project information: sector, stage, jurisdiction, indicative capital expenditure range, and any project summaries or documents you choose to share.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us and records of our communications with you.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, aggregate usage information (such as pages viewed and referring pages) is measured through a cookieless analytics service that does not collect personal identifiers or store anything on your device. The bot-protection service on the contact form processes technical information, such as IP address and browser characteristics, strictly for security verification. See Section 7 and our Cookie Notice for details.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to inquiries and administer introductory call, project diagnostic, and general inquiry requests;
  • review and assess submitted project information;
  • administer non-disclosure agreements and control access to confidential materials;
  • operate, secure, analyze, and improve the website and the Services;
  • communicate with you about the Services, where permitted by law; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

5. Confidential project materials

Project information submitted for review is treated as business-confidential and is accessed only by personnel involved in reviewing and responding to your submission. Sample deliverables are provided only following contact review and NDA acceptance. Where a non-disclosure or engagement agreement applies between you and Millentra, its confidentiality terms govern the materials it covers.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • with service providers that support our operations (Cloudflare provides hosting, form processing, security, email delivery, and cookieless analytics; forms submitted on the website are delivered to Millentra by email and are not stored in a website database) under obligations to protect it;
  • with professional advisors, such as counsel and accountants, where necessary;
  • to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and
  • in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to customary protections.

7. Cookies & analytics

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses a strictly necessary local-storage entry for your consent choice, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on the contact form, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service processed on our behalf by Cloudflare. You can reject the analytics measurement through the consent banner and control storage through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary items may affect site functionality. Details are set out in the Cookie Notice.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining business records of inquiries and submissions, and as required by applicable law. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and our legal obligations; when information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Millentra operates from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure that transferred information remains protected consistent with this Policy.

11. Your choices & rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may exercise these rights, opt out of non-essential communications, or raise any privacy question by contacting privacy@millentra.com. We honor applicable legal requirements when responding to such requests.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be indicated on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

14. Job applicants

Millentra is not collecting job applications or curricula vitae through this website at present, and the Careers page does not gather personal information. When applications open, recruitment data will be collected only to assess candidates for the role applied for, shared only with those involved in that assessment, retained no longer than necessary for that purpose and any applicable legal requirement, and covered by a specific applicant notice presented before any information is submitted.

15. Contact

Questions about this Policy or our data practices may be directed to privacy@millentra.com or submitted via the Contact page.
