Lasha Shanidze

Lasha Shanidze is Founder & CEO of Millentra and an infrastructure and energy transaction principal with more than twenty years across complex infrastructure, power, LNG and real assets.

Previously, as Founding CEO of the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund, he led the development of Georgia's first compact with the U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation, from the consultative process across government, the private sector and international partners through negotiation, launch and implementation. He built the implementing institution from inception to more than 100 professionals, establishing the governance, procurement and execution systems required to satisfy institutional standards. The compact was signed at $295.3 million and subsequently expanded to $395.3 million.

He has since originated and structured transactions across LNG import infrastructure, power and data center bankability, cross-border energy infrastructure and commodity offtake financing, working with multilateral development institutions, export credit agencies, infrastructure funds and international energy companies.

Millentra's institutional-readiness and execution-intelligence methodology is derived from that experience.

Millentra's operating methodology, Phase 1 product architecture and acceptance framework have been defined. A technology development partner has been selected. Definitive development, IP, corporate and governance arrangements are being finalized. The methodology-led Diagnostic is available for paid deployment now; software development remains subject to completion of funding and contracting.
